Introduction & Elite Racing
From age 8, your child can discover ski racing or develop their Slalom technique under the guidance of our specialist instructor-coaches.

Two training programmes are available, depending on their level:
  • Introduction (Étoile d’Or required): all-snow skiing, technical development and first Giant Slalom training.
  • Elite Racing (Flèche de Bronze required): speed training, technical development and Slalom and Giant Slalom training.

Is the ski pass included in the lesson price?
No, the ski pass is not included in the lesson price and is required to access the ski lifts. Please remember to purchase your pass in advance or check whether it is included in a package.

Is insurance included in the lesson price?
  • The lesson price included public liability insurance, which covers any damage caused to a third party during lessons.
  • Please note: This does not cover your own costs in the event of an accident, such as rescue services, medical expenses, equipment or unused life passes.
  • We therefore recommend checking your existing personal cover or taking out suitable insurance.

Do I need to arrive at the meeting point early?
Yes, please meet us at the Savoy ski area at 8.45am to ensure your lesson gets off to a smooth start.
Do I need protective equipment for competition skiing?
Yes, wearing a helmet and back protector is strongly recommended when taking part in competition skiing.
Are the Flèche and Chamois tests included in the Children Competition Course?
Yes, depending on the course you choose: 
  • Children on the Initiation course can take the Flèche test.
  • Children on the Elite Racing course can take both the Flèche and Chamois tests.
